About Larriette "Dee"

It was after purchasing her first home in Charlotte, NC on New Year’s Eve in 1996; Dee became very intrigued with the world of mortgages and real estate. After spending years in the mortgage industry, she decided to make a career change and explore her passion for real estate. Dee obtained her real estate license in 2003, and the rest is history, as she now has several years of experience as a Real Estate agent and Broker in both North and South Carolina. She is very passionate and committed to her clients and customers, as her goal is to always provide them with an exceptional and uppermost level of service for all of their real estate needs. By listening and understanding the needs of her clients, Dee has developed trusting and long lasting relationships. As a mother who instills Honesty, Integrity, and Dedication in her children; these qualities are also implemented in how she treats her clients and customers. Dee is adamant about staying up to date on local and national issues that impact the real estate industry as it is of vital importance in assisting clients and customers. On the personal side, Dee enjoys spending time with family; especially with her children and parents. She also loves to bake cakes as she is known for her renowned Red Velvet & Coconut Pineapple cakes.
